Terms of Service

2. Who can use Rynova

• You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and not barred from using dating services by law or by us before.
• You must not have been convicted of a sexual offence or a violent crime, and must not be required to register as a sex offender anywhere.
• You may have one account. The details you give, including your name, age and photos, must be true and about you.

3. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details and app lock PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Delete account). This removes your profile, photos and messages, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. How you behave

• You agree to follow our Community guidelines. In particular you will not harass, threaten, deceive or exploit anyone, ask for or offer money, promote businesses, investments or paid companionship, or post anything illegal, explicit or someone else's.
• You will not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or create accounts with automated means.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos and words you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, adapt (for example resize) and moderate them to run Rynova. The licence ends when you delete them or your account, except where we must keep records by law.
• You confirm you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not show anyone else without their permission.
• We check photos, profiles and messages with automated tools and people, and we may remove anything that breaks these terms or the guidelines.

6. Content that is yours, posted by someone else

If you believe something on Rynova uses your photos, work or likeness without permission, email support@graphibytes.co.ke with what it is, where it appears and why it is yours. We remove what infringes and close the accounts of people who do it repeatedly.

7. Safety

• We do not run criminal background checks or verify identities, except the optional photo verification. The verified badge means a selfie matched the profile photos, nothing more.
• You are responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Read our safety guide, and report anyone who worries you.
• We cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it, and may share information to prevent serious harm, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Rynova Gold, payments and ads

• Gold is a pass for a fixed period (a week, a month or three months), paid by card, M-Pesa, Airtel Money or Google Play. A pass does not renew by itself; you choose whether to buy another.
• Prices are shown in the app before you pay and include any taxes that apply. Payments are handled by our payment partners; we never see your full card details.
• Passes are not refundable once they start, except where the law requires or we charged you in error. Contact us and we will look into it. Purchases through Google Play follow Google Play's refund rules.
• Free accounts may watch optional ads to earn small, temporary extras. Extras have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may change or end.
• Free features and limits (such as daily views or Super Likes) may change. A pass you have paid for keeps what it promised until it ends.

9. Your privacy

How we collect, use and share your personal data, and your rights over it, are explained in our Privacy Policy. Others see only what is described in Privacy & safety; your exact location, phone number and email stay private.

10. Suspension and ending

• We may hide, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, put others at risk, or that we are required to act on by law. Where it is safe to, we tell you why.
• You can stop using Rynova at any time. Sections that by their nature should last (such as 5, 11, 12 and 14) continue after your account ends.

11. Our responsibility

• We work hard to keep Rynova running and safe, but provide it "as is". We do not promise you will find a match, that it will always be available, or that members are who they say they are.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the conduct of other members, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. Claims caused by you

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you posted, how you treated another member, or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will ask you to read and accept the new version in the app before you carry on.

14. Law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We would rather sort out any problem with you directly, so please email us first. Disputes that cannot be settled go to the courts of Kenya.
• If you live outside Kenya, you keep the protections of your local law that cannot be waived by agreement, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live if that law allows it.
