Delete your account

You can delete your Rynova account and its data at any time. It cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. 1Open Rynova and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile, then Your data.
  3. 3Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

You can download a copy of your data on the same screen first.

Without the app

Email us from the address you signed up with. We delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Straight away: your profile, photos, verification selfies, matches, messages, likes, settings and sessions.
  • Within hours: photos and voice notes you sent in chats.
  • Within 30 days: copies in our backups.

What is kept

  • Payment records, without your profile, for 5 years, as tax law requires.
  • If the account was banned or reported by several people, a scrambled (hashed) copy of its email and phone number for 2 years, so a ban cannot be dodged by signing up again.
